Adam Chodzko's work offers a series of propositions for change. Often the change is catalysed by a signal (a question, a trace, a request, a search) into public space. 'Secretors' are one of the forms of this communication. Taken as a 'prop' from the horror genre, 'Secretors' come in the form of a kit - they can appear anywhere, perceived 'out of the corner of the eye' as if leaking into a space. They are as a result of a puncture between one fluid space and our own rigid familiar space. They are perceived too as suspended energy hence the titles of thousands of KM/HR, for that is the speed they 'travel at'.
